Where the calories live
The coconut milk brings the biggest share of the calories here, about 70 percent of the batch, with the granulated sugar next in line.
Three ingredients and no dairy at all: full fat coconut milk, sugar, and vanilla, whisked smooth and spun into a clean, creamy scoop.
Three ingredients, no dairy, and a scoop so clean and creamy nobody at the table will guess; the coconut gives it body, the vanilla keeps it classic, and it plays well with every topping you own. It is the pint that makes sure everyone gets dessert, every single time.
A few simple ingredients for a big, delicious idea.
In a medium bowl, whisk the coconut milk until smooth. Add the sugar and vanilla extract and whisk until well combined and the sugar is dissolved. For a Deluxe pint, use 1½ cans (21 ounces) of coconut milk, 1 cup of sugar, and 1½ teaspoons of vanilla extract.
Pour the base into an empty pint, place the storage lid on, and freeze for 24 hours.
Take the pint out of the freezer and remove the storage lid, then set the pint up in the machine. For a Deluxe pint, select TOP, FULL, or BOTTOM before choosing the program.
Select ICE CREAM and let the program spin the frozen base into ice cream.
When processing is complete, add mix ins if you like, or take the ice cream out of the pint and serve immediately.

Most of the flavor rides on the coconut milk, and the numbers stay in treat territory rather than meal territory.
Swap in light coconut milk and hold the sugar where it is. The texture stays lush and this panel gets friendlier.

The fat in full fat coconut milk is what makes this scoop creamy without any dairy. Light coconut milk freezes icy and thin, so save it for curries.
For a Deluxe pint: 1½ cans (21 ounces) full fat unsweetened coconut milk, 1 cup granulated sugar, and 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract.
Easily. Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder for a chocolate coconut version, 2 tablespoons of instant coffee for coffee coconut, or swap the vanilla extract for lemon extract for a bright citrus pint.
Use ¼ cup of a stevia cane sugar blend in place of the granulated sugar and process on the lite ice cream program instead.
